The rebus shows RUSSELL Crowe and a SWATTER minus a T [REB13].

The 1992 Hunt was the infamous all-picture jigsaw puzzle made up of a number of sets of items, all with a missing element.  In this case, the scraps of paper can be pieced together to yield a cut-down version of the same idea. Here there are only two sets, these being the INTERNATIONAL RADIO ALPHABET and the SIGNS OF THE ZODIAC.

The radio alphabet pictures are Alpha (Greek letter), Bravo (magazine), Charlie (Watts), Delta (Greek letter), Echo (and the Bunnymen), Foxtrot (detail from Genesis album cover), Golf (ball), Hotel, India (map), Juliet (Stevenson), Kilo, Lima (map), Mike (Tyson), November (calendar), Oscar, Papa (Hemingway), Quebec (map), Romeo (Alpha Romeo badge), Sierra (car), Tango (drink), Uniform, Victor (Hugo), X-Ray, Yankee (NY Yankees logo), and Zulu [RUSS1]. The missing one is WHISKY [RUSS2].

The zodiac pictures are Aries (RAM), Gemini (twins), Cancer (crab), Leo (lion), Virgo (Virgin logo), Libra (scales), Scorpio (scorpion), Sagittarius (archer), Capricorn (goat), Aquarius (jerry can = water carrier), Pisces (Michael Fish) [RUSS3]. The missing one is TAURUS [RUSS4].
